What does Sceniq charge on transactions?＋

Free: 4% on tips. Creator: 1.9% + Stripe fees on the first $1k/mo, then 0%. Studio: 0% on bookings & memberships, 2.5% on tickets. We never take a cut of your lesson revenue.

Can I bring my own students or bookings?＋

Yes — we import from Acuity, Calendly, Mindbody, CSV or a custom source as part of onboarding. Free migration is included on annual Creator / Studio plans.

Do students need their own account?＋

Yes, but signup is free and the app works offline for practice. Your students see your branding on Studio plans.

What's the difference between Creator and Studio?＋

Creator is for individual artists running their own studio. Studio adds multi-room booking, staff seats, whitelabel, IoT, payroll and a CRM — built for venues, schools and conservatoires.

Do you support languages beyond English?＋

Yes: English and French today, with more languages planned as we grow.
